I’m Mark Wood from the United States, and I work with Lyons & Sons as a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator. My role includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting warehouse operations that follow the Global Food Safety Initiative GFSI to help ensure products are stored, handled, and transported according to recognized food safety standards. I enjoy improving logistics processes through careful planning and teamwork. I’m interested in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and quality assurance. Outside of work, I like reading about food logistics, learning new industry practices, and finding practical ways to improve efficiency while maintaining high standards across daily operations.
