I’ve realized that my gas tends to be much more noticeable after certain meals, although I haven’t yet figured out exactly what triggers it. The amount itself doesn’t bother me that much, but the noise can be embarrassing when I’m in a quiet room or around other people. I’d like to make a few simple changes before I start avoiding lots of foods unnecessarily.
What could I personally try to make passing gas quieter and less noticeable during the day?
