I Checked My Trip Again After Something Didn't Look Right

I was preparing for my trip when I saw that one part of my reservation did not match my memory. I could not tell whether I had misunderstood the booking or whether I was simply looking at an older confirmation.

Of making any changes right away I opened my reservation and went through the details again. I also checked Breeze Airways Customer Service to learn what options might be available if I still needed help.

I had my confirmation information handy. Wrote down the exact detail that was confusing me. That made it easier to separate the issue from the things I had already confirmed myself.

After reviewing the itinerary I realized that most of my confusion came from information I had saved earlier. It was a reminder not to rely on an old email when checking my upcoming trip.

In the end it was a small issue but checking everything before the travel day gave me some peace of mind. I think I will make a habit of reviewing my reservation a days before future trips.
