    Hello everyone,

I've been struggling with loud snoring, restless nights, and feeling exhausted during the day. After reading about sleep apnea Dunwoody, I'm wondering if my symptoms could be related to sleep apnea.

I've heard that some dentists offer custom oral appliances as an alternative to CPAP for mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea. Has anyone in the Dunwoody area tried this type of treatment? Was the appliance comfortable, and did it improve your sleep quality or reduce snoring?

I'd appreciate hearing about your personal experiences, how the diagnosis process worked, and whether the treatment made a noticeable difference. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.
