I’ve been trying to track the snow fall total in IN this winter, and it feels like the pattern is quite different compared to last year. Some areas in northern Indiana seem to be getting heavier snow bursts, while central regions like Indianapolis are seeing more uneven snow total in Indiana depending on each storm system.
Has anyone else noticed if the snow fall IN trend is actually above average this season or just more frequent smaller storms? I’m also curious about snowfall totals by zip code, because local differences seem huge even within the same county.
If you’ve been following Indiana snowfall totals by county or checking current snowfall totals Indianapolis, what are your observations? It would be great to know if this winter is shaping up to be one of the snowier years for Indiana or just typical seasonal variation.
