I’m working toward the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam, and I’ve realized that knowing the material and being able to apply it under time pressure are two different things. I’ve been mixing content review with timed questions to see where I’m actually struggling.

I came across this CSCS resource while comparing study materials: https://www.practicetestmaster.com/cscs-practice-test.html

For those who have already taken the CSCS exam, what surprised you most on test day? Was there a topic you thought you knew well but found harder when the questions were applied to real situations?

If you could give one piece of advice to someone starting CSCS prep today, what would it be?
