What actually helps improve skin health?

I’ve been trying to take better care of my skin, but I’m starting to realise that skincare products aren’t the whole story.
Some days my skin looks fine, and other days it looks dull or tired even when I’m using the same products. I’m wondering how much things like sleep, diet, hydration, and stress actually affect skin health.
I’ve also been reading about skin health gummies, but I’m not sure how useful they are compared with simply improving everyday habits.
What has made the biggest difference to your skin? Have you found that lifestyle changes help more than adding another product to your routine?

For me, the biggest difference comes from keeping things consistent rather than constantly adding new products. Getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, using sunscreen, and choosing products that suit your skin type seem like good basics. I also think it’s worth comparing ingredients and prices before buying skincare products. I sometimes check ReeCoupons when I’m looking for available discounts, but I wouldn’t let a discount be the reason for choosing a product that doesn’t suit my skin.
