Securing full lace human hair wigs without messy, high-maintenance adhesives is entirely possible using a combination of the velvet wig grip, silicone band, and adjustable elastic straps.

Start by flattening your natural hair into fine cornrows or a flat bun. Place an adjustable velvet wig grip around your perimeter, positioning the plush nap against your scalp. Velvet creates natural friction against the lace, preventing any slipping backwards or forward throughout the day.

Next, work in the back of your full lace wig. Make sure that your unit has a custom sew-in thick elastic band across your nape. Tie your unit securely back to your crown using the thick elastic band to grip the back of your wig into place, creating a secured fit.

For your front hairline and hair lace tabs, spritz a mist of light alcohol-free holding spray such as Got2bGluedBlastingFreezeSpray or brush a dab of hair gel onto your skin.
To melt your lace down, tie down your hair using a hair elastic wrap for 10 mins. This melt-in/melt-out method will give your undetectable hairline and durable everyday hold without damaging your natural, delicate hairline.
