X2 built-in thermal sensor is resolution is an 8pixels x 8pixels Panasonic sensor & linear density per pixel is 0.32px / degree (it has no variance as too low resolution). But it is small, low cost and doesn’t use a lot of power. Panasonic also does not give data back in degrees, it is not radiometric.

    The FLIR sensor specs are

    +/- 3C accurate
Temperature range: -4°F and 752°F (20°C to 400°C). Measure temperature accurately and from a safe distance. Visual resolution of video camera: 1440x1080 . thermal resolution is 19,200 pixels (160x120) . Spot meter included.
