How Can I Improve My Speaking for the TEF Canada Exam?

I’m preparing for the TEF Canada exam, and speaking is the part I’m most concerned about. I can understand some French, but forming sentences quickly and speaking confidently is still a challenge.

I found Learn French With Avani while looking into French learning resources, and it got me thinking about how important regular speaking practice is during exam preparation.

For those who have already taken the TEF, what helped you improve your oral expression? Did you practise with a tutor, join group classes, or record yourself speaking every day?

I’d also love to know whether practising with sample questions is enough or if having someone correct your mistakes makes a big difference.
