I’ve been exploring how artificial intelligence can support everyday HR work, and the idea of an AI HR Assistant is particularly interesting. HR teams often spend a significant amount of time answering repetitive employee questions and handling routine information requests.

An AI HR Assistant could help employees find answers to common HR questions, understand company policies, locate relevant information, or get guidance on routine HR processes. This could potentially reduce repetitive work for HR professionals and give employees quicker access to information.

However, I think there should still be a clear balance between automation and human involvement. Sensitive employee concerns, complex workplace situations, and decisions requiring judgment should generally be handled by qualified HR professionals rather than relying entirely on automated responses.
