The challenge is turning all of that unstructured information into something that can actually be used in other systems.

I’ve been researching email data extraction as a way to automatically identify and collect specific information from incoming emails and attachments. Rather than manually opening each message and copying details into a spreadsheet or CRM, an automated process can identify relevant fields and organize them into structured records.

This seems especially helpful when email volume grows and manual processing starts taking too much time. It could also reduce errors that happen when information is repeatedly copied between different systems.

I’d be interested to hear how others handle this. What information do you commonly need to extract from emails, and what method has worked best for keeping the process accurate and efficient?
