I completed my 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh a few months ago, and honestly, it was much more intense and meaningful than I expected. The course pushed me physically and mentally in the best way possible. The teachers focused deeply on alignment, advanced practice, meditation, and yoga philosophy rather than just difficult poses. What I loved most was the peaceful lifestyle in Rishikesh itself. Waking up near the Himalayas and practicing yoga daily created a completely different energy. By the end of the training, I felt more confident as a teacher and much calmer as a person.
