I’m planning to take an OSHA 30-Hour Training course and wanted to get some advice from people who have already completed one.

What topics should I expect to cover during the training? I’m mainly interested in construction safety, hazard recognition, fall protection, PPE, electrical hazards, and workplace safety procedures.

I’d also like to know whether online training is a good option compared with taking the course in person. If you have completed an OSHA 30 course online, how was your overall experience?

Any recommendations or tips for someone taking the training for the first time would be appreciated.
