There are so many options—FCPS, MD/MS, diplomas, fellowships—and each one seems to come with its own pros, challenges, and career outcomes. I’m curious how others approached this decision—did you base it on your interest in a specialty, future job opportunities, or the reputation of the training institute? Also, how demanding are these programs in real life in terms of workload, exams, and balancing personal time? If you’ve completed or are currently in a post graduate training program, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience—what went well, what was challenging, and what you wish you knew before starting.</p>
