Lowest Volume Developer on the Market: Go with 20 volume developer; the lifts are super minimal, so it's not going to absolutely pulverise the protein in your hair. Add a Bond Builder: You need to have some type of bond builder (Olaplex #1 or similar additive) to add into your bleach mixture. Go at the crown 1 to 2 inches up before the actual hair-splitting point: Don't saturate the whole-9 yards at the root, working down, but leave the ends for last.
